Cottolin is my favorite yarn to use for towels because it combines the ease of cotton with the absorbency of linen. This towel has a striking border pattern that draws the eye, but the pattern actually repeats in subtler form throughout the towel. I love purples and blues, and for this towel I just embrace the purple.
